Shipping & Returns


Standard delivery: 7–14 business days. Express options at checkout for 3–7 days where available.

Roll Society products ship from our supplier network — a small set of vetted apparel suppliers we work with directly. Rashguards, shorts, and spats are light, flat-packed pieces, which makes ePacket and similar air-mail lanes the right tool for the job. They keep the price honest and the timing predictable.

Delivery windows

  • Australia — standard: 7–14 business days door-to-door.
  • Australia — express (where offered): 3–7 business days, picked at checkout.
  • New Zealand: 8–14 business days.
  • USA / Canada / UK / EU: 10–18 business days.
  • Rest of world: 14–28 business days. Quoted at checkout.

Every product page shows the standard window prominently above the fold. The window starts the moment payment clears, and includes the day or two the supplier needs to pack and lodge the parcel.

Tracking

Every shipment carries a tracking number, emailed the moment the parcel scans into the carrier network — usually within 24–48 hours of despatch. If your tracking link still says pre-shipped 72 hours after the despatch email, the carrier hasn't scanned it in yet; another 24 hours almost always fixes it. After that, write to us.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law. If a piece is defective, materially different from what was described, or fails to meet the consumer guarantees set out in the ACL, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair — at your election where the failure is major. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case. Roll Society is not obliged to accept change-of-mind returns under the ACL, and dropship logistics make blanket change-of-mind acceptance operationally impractical.

Sizing exchanges

Sizing exchanges are offered subject to stock availability. Where an exchange is approved, outbound replacement freight is on us; return freight is on the customer. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the process.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact with your order number and the reason.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and (where applicable) issue a prepaid label.
  3. Once the parcel lands and passes a brief inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Defects, damage in transit, and warranty

Every product carries a manufacturer warranty against stitching defects and material failure within normal training use. If a piece fails inside 90 days of arrival, we replace or refund — your choice. Damage in transit needs to be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos, so we can raise the claim with the carrier.

Duties and taxes

Australian orders are GST-inclusive at the price you see at checkout — no surprises at the door. International recipients are responsible for any import duties, GST, or VAT charged at the destination. We declare every shipment at the actual paid amount in AUD.

What we can't do (yet)

We don't run a same-day or next-day service. Roll Society is built around honest pricing and honest delivery windows, not artificial speed-ups. If you need a piece in your hands by Friday and it's already Tuesday, ring around your local gym shops first.
