Tracked shipping AU-wide, direct-air worldwide, 30-day returns. The detail is below.
Roll Society ships from a fulfilment hub paired with each supplier. Most orders move within two business days of payment; the carrier and exact transit time depend on the piece and where it's coming from.
Australia
Tracked shipping to every Australian address. Metro orders typically land in 5–10 business days from despatch; regional and remote postcodes add 2–4 days on top. Each shipment carries a tracking number emailed the moment the parcel scans into the network.
- Metro AU: 5–10 business days from despatch.
- Regional AU: 7–14 business days from despatch.
- Remote AU + WA outback: 10–18 business days; we'll flag any address where the carrier balks.
International
We ship worldwide by air. Transit times vary widely by lane and by customs queue at the destination — the supplier hub picks the fastest carrier on the day your order is packed.
- New Zealand: 8–14 business days.
- USA / Canada: 10–18 business days.
- UK / EU: 12–20 business days.
- Rest of world: 14–28 business days. Quoted at checkout.
Import duties and GST/VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every shipment at the actual paid amount in AUD.
Order tracking
Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel — usually 24–48 hours after despatch. If your tracking link still says "pre-shipped" 72 hours after the despatch email, it's probably waiting for the carrier to scan it in; another 24 hours usually fixes it. After that, write to us.
Returns
We back every piece with a 30-day return window from the day it lands on your doorstep. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item is defective or sized differently from what was ordered — in which case we cover both the return label and the replacement.
- Email contact with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll confirm the return address and (where applicable) issue a prepaid label.
- Once the item lands back at the hub and passes a brief inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Sizing exchanges
If the size doesn't fit, exchange it for a different size in the same product within 30 days at no extra cost — outbound replacement freight is on us, return freight is on the customer.
Defects, damage in transit, and warranty
Every product carries a manufacturer warranty against stitching defects and material failure within normal training use. If a piece fails inside 90 days of arrival, we replace or refund — your choice. Damage in transit needs to be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos, so we can raise the claim with the carrier.
What we can't do (yet)
We don't run a same-day or express service. Roll Society is built around honest pricing, not artificial speed-ups — if you need a piece in your hands by Friday and it's already Tuesday, ring around your local gym shops first.
